Description
The recovery of the ‘Bronx’, one of the most ambitious projects of former mayor Gustavo Petro, was a success in the city. The brown was the main center for the sale and consumption of drugs in Bogota. This photograph shows a room after being cleared of people by the police. It was clear that someone important was sitting on that chair, it was the only chair in the room.
